Depression and anxiety can stem from processing information through a lens of biased, irrational beliefs about yourself. Examples of common irrational beliefs are "I am worthless," "I will never get better," "Love will never happen to me," and "There is something wrong with me." These beliefs may become self-fulfilling prophecies if left unchecked.

therapy actually alters the chemicals in your brain and rewires your neural pathways, transforming the way you process information about yourself and the world. As a cognitive behavioral therapist, I examine how your irrational thoughts and core beliefs may be contributing to depression, anxiety and relationship problems. I use cognitive restructuring and other cognitive behavioral techniques to challenge and transform these beliefs so that you experience peace and freedom.

Behaviors can also influence the way we feel. Using CBT, I will also examine the behavioral component of your feelings and explore
